How it Works

Order

Order the desired number of assessments from our store. The same day you’ll receive an email with access to your online survey and instructions.

Take the Assessment(s)

Assessment-takers will (1) complete the online assessment, (2) review and comment on the results, and (3) summarize your conclusions. These three steps take 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the type of assessment and your speed at finishing each step.

Consider and Apply What You Learn

Your report explains your most intense behaviors (how you do things), influence of your driving forces (why you are motivated), and our Triple Perspective adds a rating of your maturity in 25 competencies/soft skills.

The objective is to apply what you learn to focus more on your strengths, develop new habits to overcome any weaknesses, spend more time on work related to your passions, and further develop your soft skills. This helps you individually, and to be more productive in groups.

FAQs

What is included with a Talent Assessment service?

We provide you with a copy of your final report with your comments, a cubicle sign (one-page) to remind yourself and others how to work best with you, and an overview of your report. We will also discuss the results of your report with you, if you prefer. 

When our assessments are used with job candidates, we provide a hiring recommendation based on the assessment. However, our recommendation must only be part of your process to make a hiring decision.

Please note: Information and guidance provided as part of our Talent Assessment service should never be used as the sole basis to make a hiring decision or evaluate someone for a position in an organization.

Will your Talent Assessment service tell me whether to hire someone or not?

Not by itself, no. Manage 2 Win Talent Assessments are an important piece of your hiring decision, but your resume review, interviews, tests, reference check, background check, and more are also important to give you a complete picture.

Information and guidance provided as part of our Talent Assessment service should never be used as the sole basis to make a hiring decision or evaluate someone for a position in an organization.

What’s the difference between a Sales and General Talent Assessment Service?

The Sales Talent Assessment report offers two key insights on an individual’s sales aptitude that are unique from the General ones:

Yes, we do offer job benchmarks for specific jobs. To do this, we ask “the job” to fully reveal its needs, challenges, and potential through an interactive career position assessment process.
