Jennifer Davis is an Executive Leadership Coach and Founder of Jennifer Davis Coaching. Her leadership coaching, speaking and workshops create an environment of curiosity that enables improved performance through changes in awareness, perspective, beliefs, actions and emotions.
She helps high-performing individuals and teams–from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 executives to Executive Directors – find the inspiration and clarity needed to achieve meaningful personal growth. Her areas of specialty include maximizing leadership, team and personal effectiveness, leveraging strengths, increasing resilience, becoming comfortable with conflict, and decreasing stress through mindfulness and emotional processing.
In her leadership programs, Jennifer and her team use improvisation, play and fun, in addition to more traditional coaching and consulting, to challenge clients to step outside of their normal way of thinking and into a dynamic space of imagination in order to access intuition and creativity.
Jennifer’s career includes Johnson & Johnson, General Mills and Kidder, Peabody, plus pro bono individual and group coaching for United Nations executives. She is a Preferred Executive Coach for Stanford Business School alumni and provides executive coaching for the World Economic Forum’s Global Leadership Fellows Programme.
